Registration deadline is 5:00 p.m. on Friday, October 16.
CONFERENCE FEE:
- Cost is $40.00 per registrant (undergrad, grad or professional).
- Please note that all presenters must register and pay to attend the conference.
- Lodging costs are not covered by the conference registration fee. Rooms have been blocked at discounted rates at the hotels listed in the "Hotel Information" section of the website. Each institution should coordinate their delegation's lodging (if needed) with the hotels listed in this section.
METHOD OF REGISTRATION FORM SUBMISSION & PAYMENT:

- Please mail all checks no later than Friday, October 30th. Exceptions to this, including bringing a check to the conference, may be explored by contacting Katie Aimone, RA Conference Chair, at kaimone@su.edu.

- Sorry, we are unable to accept credit cards for conference registration.
CONFERENCE MEALS:
- The cost of the following meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner on Saturday, November 7th) is already included in your registration fee.
- Options for vegetarian and vegan meals are available through our buffet style meal selections.
CANCELATION REFUNDS:
- If you cancel your registration after Wednesday, October 28th, we can refund only 50% of your registration fee.
- If unable to attend, a colleague is welcome to attend the conference in your place.
